Q: Whats the shipping fee?
A: Its free for all orders above 100 €

And for all other orders it´s: 7 EUR



Q: How do you send the products?
A: We’re using The Swedish Postal Service or DHL.

Q: When can I except my product ?
A: Everything in stock should reach you within 10 days. Within Europe within 3-5 days and if your in USA it should take no longer them 5-7 days.

Q:What payment options do you have?
A:You can pay with VISA & Mastercard.


Q:Is the transaction safe?
A:Yes. Payment is handled by our partner Samport. They take care of all Credit Card transaction at a secure page (SSL). When the payment is cleared you will be redirected back to us and receive a confirmation of the order.

Q: VAT (Value Added Tax)?
A: If the goods you purchase from us are shipped out of the EC (European Community), VAT is excluded from the price. Therefore the USD prices are 20% lower than the SEK and EURO-prices. For orders shipped outside the EC, the customer is responsible for any tariffs, duties and/or VAT that may apply..

Q:If I change my mind about buying the product, what can i Do?
A: You can return any product within 14 days after you have received your package. You must inform us ( contact@boldstyleshop.com.) about this within the 14-day time limit. You will then get your money back (shipping costs excluded). You, the buyer, have to pay the shipping back to us. Please make sure to include your order number in all correspondence with us, both in email and in packages.


Q: What do I do if I want to change product?
A: You can change any product within 14 days after you have received your package. Contact us for instructions- contact@boldstyleshop.com

Q: I just got the shipment but its damaged!
A: If there is a damage on your product, contact us straight away. We need to know if the damage occurred during transportation or if it’s a default product. If possible, take pictures of damage packing/product.

Q: The product I want is sold out, what should I do?
A: Send us an email with information on what product you want and we’ll get back to you with information regarding when this product will be back in stock..

Q:One of your latest addition is already sold out, why is it sold out already?
A:Some products have been pre orders to the extent that they are sold out even before they arrive! So you have to be quick and let us know if you want to pre-book something!

Q: Warranty?
A: There is always a one year factory warranty on the products we sell. Do notice this is not a insurance for normal wear and tear.
